By using 'Become an Animal' you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of 'Become an Animal' If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to 'Become an Animal'
Monumental Management Ltd. may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of 'Become an Animal' will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website.
Use of Gabby Young and Other Animals 'Become An Animal' Platform
You agree to use 'Become an Animal' only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of 'Become an Animal' Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person or transmitting obscene or offensive content.
All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on 'Become an Animal' and all content located on the site shall remain vested in the Monumental Management Ltd. or its licensors (which includes other users). You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use 'Become an Animal' content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any 'Become an Animal' content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of 'Become an Animal' content requires the prior written permission of Monumental Management Ltd.
The names, images and logos identifying Monumental Management Ltd., 'Become an Animal' or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Monumental Management Ltd, and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of Monumental Management Ltd., 'Become an Animal' or any other third party.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
The failure or delay of Monumental Management Ltd. to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the Monumental Management Ltd.'s right to enforce that right.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Special Invite shows will be available subject to availability.
The fulfilment of the commitment pertaining to the level of subscription you have signed up to, will be made within the 12 month period after your application has been received. They are subject to availability and therefore there is a chance that there can be a delay while waiting for the band's availability. It is the responsibility of 'the animal' to contact our team via email, if the conditions of their subscription have not been honoured.
The credit to be made in the next album will appear when the product is fully manufactured and ready for release. A date cannot be given for this currently. But you may enquire later in your subscription for when this may be, If in the unlikely circumstances another album is not made, we cannot offer refunds. If Gabby Young &anp; Other Animals are unable to commit to personal appearances due to illness there will be no refunds, though in most cases we endeavour to reschedule the activity.
After the first 12 month period since we received your application joining 'become an animal' your level of subscription will be automatically regraded to the subscription level of Mole.
